It is an internet based ordering facility where you may place an order for your required Keune stock at anytime of the day. |

Keune account holders / Keune stockists may use this facility.
The facility is currently available to NSW, VIC & New Zealand Keune Stockists. |

If I already have an account with Keune, can I use this facility? |

Yes. To get started, you will need to fill in an EXISTING CUSTOMER registration form, so we may activate your online account and allocate you with a log-in and password. Please note, you will be required to provide an e-mail address on registration. |

If I am not a Keune account holder / stockist, can I use this facility? |

To use Keune’s online ordering facility, you must have a Keune stockist account. To enquire about setting up an account with Keune, please fill out our NEW CUSTOMER registration form or e-mail us. |

I don’t own a hair salon / I am not a hairdresser, can I still use this facility? |
| A: |
No. To purchase Keune hair products direct from Keune, you must be professional hair salon. Though, as a consumer you may purchase any of Keune’s hair styling, caring and finishing products or receive a Keune hair service from a salon. Please e-mail us with your details so we may locate a salon convenient to you. |

Do I need to pay for order when I place it? |

No – We do not have merchant facilities with the online ordering system. You will be invoiced by our regular methods so therefore you must be a Keune account holder. |

How do I place an order? |
| A: |
Once you are logged onto the online ordering system you just need to select the items that you wish to order and then add them to your cart. Once you are happy with your order and confirm some details you will submit your order. After submitting the order a receipt will be sent to your email address for your records. We then will package and ship you items. |
